By visiting and placing an order on our website you accept our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). By placing an order on MySnus.com you are aware that you are concluding a purchase contract. You also confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase.
We reserve the right to change the GTC at any time and without giving reasons. The changes will take effect after their publication on our website. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. These GTC shall be governed by the laws of Sweden. Place of jurisdiction is Lidköping.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy tobacco and nicotine products from us. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you have reached the legal minimum age for the purchase of tobacco and nicotine products. Please note that inaccurate information is punishable and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Delivery and Import Regulations:
Your orders will be shipped as soon as possible. The average delivery time depends on the destination country and the chosen shipping alternative. Please note that orders will not be shipped until all ordered items are available.
Some countries have rules and import restrictions on the quantity of smoke-free tobacco and tobacco-free nicotine products and customs regulation varies from country to country. MySnus.com cannot provide information about customs duties and import regulations in the recipient country. The person ordering the goods is therefore personally responsible for checking the duties and import conditions regarding the private import of Swedish snus and other nicotine products in their country and paying any applicable fees, taxes and duties. All costs associated with the import shall be borne by you, the customer. MySnus.com is not responsible for the release or replacement of goods seized at customs. You cannot receive a refund of the purchase price if your products are returned to us.
Please note that goods shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities. You are considered the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which the goods are delivered.
Please note that when you place an order on the MySnus website, you import the products directly from Sweden. Through the MySnus.com website, MySnus only delivers to countries outside the EU.

MySnus is not responsible for the receipt, whereabouts, refund or replacement of delayed shipments. It is also not responsible for delays that the parcel suffers due to a violation of import laws and confiscation by the customs authorities.
If your order has been processed by our distribution center, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs requirements or other circumstances beyond our control. MySnus accepts no liability whatsoever.
We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of tobacco products. This also applies if you change your mind about the order or if you ordered the wrong product. An order can no longer be cancelled once the items entered the shipping process.
Your order can be cancelled if it has not yet been packaged and shipped. However, once the order has been packed and shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.
