How long have you known Velo, Lyft, and Epok? If you've been following the development of the all-white snus Epok, then you're no stranger to name and design changes. Since the launch of Epok in 2014, there have been a few changes: The first one to take place was when Epok became Lyft in 2019, and the product became 100% tobacco-free. It was time again for a change in 2022 when Lyft became Velo. This change only affected the product's branding, the recipe this time was untouched. And now in 2024, there will be a re-launch of the product names and designs once again. But first things first: flavors and strengths remain unchanged - so you can still get your favorite flavors! What is the reason for this promotion? As just mentioned, the manufacturer British American Tobacco (BAT) will be renewing the names and designs of large parts of its range. According to BAT, the aim is to give each product a more distinctive character and an even more pronounced flavor profile. And this will be standardized on all markets around the world. So in the future, your Velo snus will always look the same and have the same name, regardless of whether you order it online, in the USA, or on holiday anywhere in the world where snus and nicotine pouches are available.
As mentioned earlier you do not need to worry about losing your favorite flavors and or strengths. These new changes to VELO only affect the names of the products and the design of the cans. The variety of interesting flavor combinations that you are used to from Velo Snus will therefore remain unchanged.
To make this transition easier, Velo has now added an interesting feature to six of its most popular flavors. By peeling away the sticker on the top of the can, the upcoming design change will be revealed. This is for a transitional period that is likely to extend through spring to early summer.
