SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

Once you place an order at MySnus.com, you’ll receive a detailed confirmation email sent to your registered address. This email includes all relevant order details. Most orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.

Items are securely packed in either padded envelopes or durable cardboard boxes depending on your order size. Our packaging minimizes empty space for secure and eco-friendlier shipping.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has left our warehouse.

Delivery Time Estimates

Postal Service – 1st Priority Letter

  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Note: No tracking is available with this option. Delivery times are estimates only.

UPS Shipping Options

  • UPS Standard: Approx. 5 business days in Europe
  • UPS Express: 1–2 business days (delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon)
  • UPS Express Saver: 1–2 business days (delivery by end of day)

All UPS options include online tracking.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your delivery method and destination. The final cost is shown before you complete your purchase.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

You may be subject to additional customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient.

As the buyer, you are responsible for understanding and complying with local import laws regarding tobacco and nicotine products. MySnus is not liable for customs delays or seizures and does not issue refunds for such events.

Tracking Your Order

Only orders shipped via UPS include tracking. Postal service shipments do not carry tracking numbers and cannot be traced after dispatch.

Returns & Claims

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 10 business days at contact@mysnus.com. We will replace items if the error is due to MySnus. We do not refund or replace products ordered by mistake or damaged in transit beyond our control.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order status changes to “shipped,” we can no longer make changes.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your order, you will receive instructions from the shipping provider to collect your package from a nearby location.

Age Verification & Legal Compliance

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country) to purchase from MySnus.com. Verification is performed at checkout. Some countries may require an “Adult 21” signature upon delivery.
