Garant Extreme is a slim, moist pouch of about 0.44 g, easy to hold under the lip despite the punch it packs. There is no flavor to speak of, just a clean, bracing cold. Each pouch carries 25 mg of nicotine.
Garant Extreme skips fruit and sweetness completely. What you get is cold on its own, a stark, biting rush. At 25 mg per pouch, it sits at extreme strength, and that nicotine stays at full force for the entirety of the experience.
The slim shape stays easy to carry and sits comfortably in place, an unfussy fit for a pouch that hits as hard as this one.
It is the strongest of Garant's three nicotine levels, sitting above the 17.5 mg and 11 mg pouches, so Extreme marks the very top of what the brand brings.
